Ms Brandy is the most patient, caring and trustworthy teacher. My daughter was 4 and did not hesitate being dropped off in her care to learn, play and have a great learning period of 3 hours with her. I hope all the new students and families that Ms Brandy encounters realize what a gem of a person and teacher they are getting.

About Brandy Caler
A teacher, mother, lifelong learner, and creative guide helping children grow through purposeful, hands-on learning.
My story
A Creative Path Toward Education
I am a mother, lifelong learner, and creative spirit who believes in the power of hands-on, meaningful education. My path began in the late 1990s at FIDM in Los Angeles, where I studied design.
For more than two decades, I worked in retail as a brand manager, blending creativity with strategy. When I became a mother, something shifted. I realized that my deepest passion was nurturing learning through creativity, nature, and connection.
That calling led me to complete an AMI Montessori diploma through a specialized training program in Phoenix, Arizona. For the past five years, I have had the joy of teaching in professional educational settings, where I have helped children thrive beyond test scores.

Rooted in Montessori, Centered on the Child
My Mission
At Peaceful Place Learning & Nature Co., I nurture curiosity, creativity, and calm through hands-on Montessori learning and meaningful connections with nature.
My Philosophy
Every child thrives when given space to explore, reflect, and grow in peaceful, purposeful ways that honor the whole learner.
My Care
I support TK-4th grade students with individualized tutoring and enrichment that builds academic skill, confidence, independence, and wonder.
The prepared environment
Learning Spaces That Invite Focus and Discovery
Montessori education recognizes that children learn best when the environment is thoughtful, orderly, beautiful, and responsive to their needs. Brandy brings that same care to tutoring: each session is designed to meet the child with clarity, warmth, and purpose.
- Lessons are hands-on before they become abstract.
- Students are guided toward independence, not rushed toward performance.
- Academic growth is held together with empathy, curiosity, and confidence.
I am open to full-time employment with the right school community, especially one that shares my respect for the whole child, prepared environments, and meaningful hands-on learning.
Whether I am serving students through tutoring, enrichment, or a classroom role, my first mission is the same: to help children feel seen, capable, curious, and ready to grow.A thoughtful next step
